Built on Logistics. Driven by Hospitality.
When I speak with clients about their move, I often hear that they value my "calm presence." To me, that calmness isn't an accident—it’s the direct result of a career built entirely on mastering complex logistics and taking genuine care of people.
Finding the Right Pace
I grew up in Maryland, but moving to Nags Head at 16 changed everything. I immediately connected with the warmth, the authenticity, and the pace of life in North Carolina. Later, at NC State, I earned a degree in Tourism and Commercial Recreation—a pivot that allowed me to combine an analytical mindset with the business of high-end hospitality.
The Logistics Gauntlet
My real estate education started in the trenches of Outer Banks property management, overseeing massive vacation estates during seasonal population booms. This demanded absolute precision. A later move to Greensboro brought me to the acclaimed Proximity and O.Henry Hotels as a Guest Service Coordinator. Whether managing VIP touring groups or complex internal systems, the mission remained the same: manage the logistics behind the curtain so the person in front of you feels completely taken care of.
The System of Service
I earned my real estate license in 2014, and after my son was born in 2016, I shifted my focus entirely to residential sales. I operate via strict "Systems of Service" because I believe transactions should be seamless, not stressful. I handle the heavy logistical lifting proactively so that I can be the steady, reassuring guide you need for your next chapter.
