Built on Logistics. Driven by Hospitality.
When I read a review from a past client, the compliment that means the most to me is about being a calming presence. But that calmness isn't an accident—it is the direct result of a career built entirely on mastering complex logistics and taking genuine care of people.
Finding the Right Pace
I grew up in Maryland, but when my family moved to Nags Head, North Carolina when I was 16, everything clicked. I immediately connected with the warmth, the authenticity, and the slightly slower pace of the people here. I knew this was home. When I headed to NC State, I eventually found my way to the College of Natural Resources, graduating with a degree in Tourism and Commercial Recreation. It was the perfect pivot: combining my analytical mindset with the business of hospitality.
The Crucible of Logistics
My real estate education didn't start in a pristine office; it started in the trenches of Outer Banks property management. I interned with a broker managing massive, 8+ bedroom vacation rental estates. Managing the sheer volume and seasonal population booms of the OBX was a logistical gauntlet. A later move to Greensboro brought me to the acclaimed Proximity and O.Henry Hotels as a Guest Service Coordinator. From hiring staff to managing the intricate details of VIP touring groups, the core responsibilities remained exactly the same: manage the logistics, take care of the people.
The System of Service
I earned my real estate license in 2014, and when my son was born in 2016, I shifted my focus entirely to residential sales. Real estate transactions are inherently stressful, which is exactly why I operate via strict "Systems of Service." Because I have the background to manage the heavy logistical lifting behind the scenes, you never have to feel the friction. I handle the details so that I can be the calm, reassuring guide you need, every step of the way.
